WHAT IS ROSE CITY MONDIAL?

Rose City Mondial is a two-part series celebrating football, culture, art, and community through an art exhibition and a one-day futsal tournament & culture festival.

The Rose City Mondial Futsal Tournament & Culture Fest takes place on July 12, 2026 at Futbarrio.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Youth and adult players of all experience levels are welcome to participate.

Youth Division
Ages 14–18

Adult Division
Ages 18+

WHAT IS THE TOURNAMENT FORMAT?

• 5v5 futsal
• Up to 10 players per roster
• Minimum of 3 guaranteed matches
• Group stage followed by knockout rounds
• Youth and Adult divisions

HOW MANY PLAYERS CAN BE ON A TEAM?

Teams may register up to 10 players.

A minimum roster of 8 players is recommended.

I HAVE A TEAM. HOW DO I REGISTER?

Team representatives should complete the Youth Team Registration form or Adult Team Registration form and submit payment (if applicable).

After team registration, each player must complete a Youth Player Registration form or Adult Player Registration form before participating.

I DON'T HAVE A TEAM. CAN I STILL PLAY?

Yes.

Players without a team may register as a Free Agent.

Free Agents may be placed on teams based on availability, but placement is not guaranteed. Please use the Youth Free Agent Registration form or the Adult Free Agent Registration form to file your submission.

I'M REGISTERING THROUGH A COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Participants joining through schools, community organizations, coaches, mentors, or youth programs should complete the Community Youth Registration form. This form will be sent by your community organizer with instructions.

If your organization already has a team, please indicate the team name during registration so we know if you are committed to a team or if you will need assistance in being placed on a team.

DO ALL PLAYERS NEED TO COMPLETE AN INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FORM?

Yes.

Every participant must complete an Individual Player Registration form and agree to the Participant Policies & Releases prior to participation.

WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?

Registration fees help support tournament operations, staffing, equipment, field costs, programming, and community initiatives led by Portland Plays Together.

ARE SPECTATORS ALLOWED?

Yes.

Friends, family members, and supporters are encouraged to attend.

$5 online
$10 at the door

Children 12 and under attend free. Please add one ticket for each child attending so we can accurately track attendance and prepare for the event. You can find both General Admission tickets here.
