Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated for a specific program or event.
• If Portland Plays Together cancels an event, participants may be offered a full refund, event credit, or transfer to a rescheduled date at Portland Plays Together’s discretion.
• Refund requests due to injury, illness, or unforeseen circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
• Team registration fees are non-refundable once schedules, rosters, or event operations have been finalized.
• Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may be non-refundable.
• Registration transfers may be permitted with prior written approval from Portland Plays Together.
• Transfer requests must be submitted before the registration deadline and approved by Portland Plays Together.
• Weather-related adjustments, venue changes, schedule changes, or event modifications do not automatically qualify for a refund.
• Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
