Overview
By registering for a Portland Plays Together program, event, tournament, workshop, league, or related activity, you agree to the following terms:
• Registration is not complete until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been received.
• Participants are responsible for providing accurate and current registration information.
• Portland Plays Together reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, formats, programming, participant capacity, or event details as necessary.
• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, inclusive, and sportsmanlike manner. Portland Plays Together reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or inconsistent with community standards.
• Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. By registering, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to complete any required waivers before participating.
• Portland Plays Together may photograph, record, or document programs and events for promotional, educational, reporting, and archival purposes, subject to any media consent selections provided during registration.
• Portland Plays Together reserves the right to refuse service, cancel registrations, or remove participants when necessary to protect the safety, integrity, and experience of its programs and events.
