Before You Register

Registration Information

This form is for youth participants joining the Portland Plays Together Youth Tournament through a community organization, school, coach, mentor, or community leader.

Registration helps us collect participant information, emergency contact details, apparel sizing, and required acknowledgements for tournament participation.

After registration

• Your information will be reviewed by the Portland Plays Together team.
• If you already have a team, your registration will be associated with that team.
• If you do not yet have a team, we will work with community partners and team organizers to identify participation opportunities when available.
• Tournament updates and event information will be shared using the contact information provided below.

Please have your contact information, emergency contact information, and any relevant medical information available before beginning registration.

The information collected helps us organize the event efficiently, maintain participant records, and improve future programming opportunities. All personal and sensitive information provided through this form will be kept private, secure, and confidential. Information will only be used for tournament administration, communication purposes, and internal reporting, and will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.
