Before You Register

Thank you for your interest in supporting Rose City Mondial and Portland Plays Together.

Volunteers play an important role in helping create a welcoming, organized, and community-centered experience for participants, families, and guests. Opportunities may include event setup and breakdown, registration and check-in, guest services, tournament operations, community activations, vendor support, youth activities, media support, and general event assistance.

Submitting this form does not guarantee placement. Our team will review volunteer interest forms and follow up with selected volunteers as event needs are confirmed. Additional details regarding schedules, responsibilities, training, and event logistics will be provided prior to the event.

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and experience levels who are excited to contribute to a positive community experience.

The information collected helps us organize the event efficiently, maintain participant records, and improve future programming opportunities. All personal and sensitive information provided through this form will be kept private, secure, and confidential. Information will only be used for tournament administration, communication purposes, and internal reporting, and will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.
