Before You Register
Thank you for your interest in participating in Rose City Mondial.
Rose City Mondial is a community futsal tournament, art exhibition, and culture festival presented by Portland Plays Together. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment that celebrates sport, creativity, local businesses, cultural expression, and community connection.
We welcome applications from food vendors, artists, makers, small businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, and family-friendly activations that align with the spirit of the event.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Vendor selections will be made based on event needs, available space, category balance, and overall alignment with the event experience. Selected vendors will receive confirmation, setup instructions, event logistics, and any additional requirements prior to the event.
Vendor contributions help make Rose City Mondial possible. Your support goes directly toward the player experience, tournament operations, and Portland Plays Together's year-round community programming, creating more opportunities for youth, families, and communities to connect through sport, culture, and education.

*If your booth needs electricity, the venue prefers each vendor supplies their own generator. Please reach out to us directly if you have any questions.
All vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, insurance, or approvals required for their specific operations. Vendors offering food, beverages, or alcohol must comply with all applicable local, county, and state regulations.

Event Details
Event: Rose City Mondial – Futsal Tournament & Culture Fest
Date: July 12, 2026
Location: Futbarrio
Audience: Youth, families, athletes, artists, community members, and local businesses
Expected Attendance: Several hundred attendees throughout the day
Vendor Spaces: Limited and subject to approval
Community organizations, nonprofits, and resource providers sharing information, services, and opportunities with attendees.
Artists, makers, and creatives selling original artwork, handmade goods, prints, crafts, and creative products.
Small businesses and brands selling merchandise, apparel, retail products, or promotional items.
Food vendors serving prepared food, snacks, desserts, or other food items during the event.
Vendors serving coffee, tea, juice, soda, energy drinks, mocktails, water, or other non-alcoholic beverages.
Vendors serving beer, wine, cider, or other alcoholic beverages in compliance with all applicable permits and regulations.
The information collected helps us organize the event efficiently, maintain participant records, and improve future programming opportunities. All personal and sensitive information provided through this form will be kept private, secure, and confidential. Information will only be used for tournament administration, communication purposes, and internal reporting, and will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.
